Very good condition, the story goes that once upon a time a young guitar builder named Grover Jackson was contracted by Bernie Rico (father of BC Rich) to build parts for a lower priced line of USA-made guitars and the result was the Son of a Rich. Grover went on to Charvel and Jackson guitars fame and the Son of a Rich faded into obscurity…until NOW!
Sunburst finished mahogany Bich style body, bolt-on maple neck, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard, dot inlays, 1-11/16” nut width, 25.5” scale, two (recent) Seymour Duncan pickups, all brass hardware (bridge, saddles, trem block & spring claw), nut, toggle switch cap and pickup rings), Grover tuners with Imperial buttons, made in San Dimas, CA.
