Sell

Got gear you're ready to move on from? Turn your unused gear into cash. Bring in your guitars, basses, amps, pedals, and other music equipment and we'll take a look. We’ll evaluate your gear based on its condition, market value, and current demand, then make you a straightforward offer.

No pressure. No guesswork. Just a fair deal.

Trade

Trade the gear you have for the gear you want. Got a guitar you're ready to move on from? Looking to upgrade your amp or finally add that pedal you've been eyeing? Put the value of your gear toward something new-to-you.

Bring us what you've got. We'll help you find what's next.

Pawn

Need some cash but don't want to sell your gear? Our pawn program gives you a way to borrow against the value of your musical equipment without permanently giving it up. Use your guitar, amp, or other eligible gear as collateral, get the cash you need, and have the opportunity to reclaim your gear according to the terms of the loan.

Cash when you need it. Your gear when you're ready for it.

Consign

Have something special you don't want to sell outright? Consignment lets us handle the selling while you retain ownership until it sells. We'll work with you to price it competitively and get it in front of local musicians and gear hunters. Let us do the selling. You get paid when it sells.

Get your gear in front of the right buyers.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of gear do you buy, trade, pawn, or consign?

We primarily deal in guitars, basses, amplifiers, pedals, and other musical equipment. If you're not sure whether we'll take something, give us a call or send us an email! We're happy to help.

How do you determine what my gear is worth?

We consider the make and model, condition, age, originality, current market value, and demand for the item. Every piece of gear is evaluated individually.

Do I need an appointment to bring in gear?

No appointment is necessary for most items. You’re welcome to bring your gear into the store during our normal business hours. For larger collections or multiple pieces of equipment, give us a call ahead of time so we can make sure we have enough time to take a proper look.

Can I get an estimate before bringing my gear in?

We can often give you a general idea based on photos and information about the gear, but a final offer requires an in-person evaluation. Feel free to call or email us with details about what you have.

What's the difference between selling and consigning?

When you sell your gear, we purchase it from you directly and you get paid right away. With consignment, we sell the item on your behalf. You retain ownership until it sells, and you receive your agreed-upon share of the sale.

Can I trade in my gear for something else in the store?

Absolutely. We can evaluate your gear and apply its trade value toward another item in the shop. It's a great way to turn gear you're not using into something you'll actually play.

How does the pawn process work?

You use an eligible item as collateral for a loan and receive cash based on its value. You then have the opportunity to repay the loan according to its terms and reclaim your gear. Contact us for current terms and eligibility.

Do you buy broken or non-working gear?

Sometimes. It depends on the item, the nature of the problem, and whether it makes sense for us to repair or resell it. If you're unsure, bring it in or contact us and we'll take a look.

Do I need to know what my gear is worth before I come in?

Not at all. You don't need to research your gear or determine its value beforehand. We'll evaluate it and explain our offer or options.

What should I bring with me when I sell, trade, pawn, or consign something?

Bring the gear itself and any relevant accessories, cases, paperwork, or original parts you have. You'll also need valid identification for transactions where required. If you have questions about a specific item, give us a call before coming in.
